呢個course係人都要讀,成個course維持一年,上黎滿足45小時運動要求,當中有talk聽,有self-practice(有上限時數),有問卷要做等等.又有sports skill class去學一種運動

當中有嘅運動基本上up得出都有,冷門d嘅合球,射箭都有,仲有社交舞, 羽毛球,網球,射箭都好多人報

足球黎講就聽講係堆本身識踢波嘅報黎識人上堂鬥波(其實一班2X人得5-6個係識踢,Spring improver就10個有9個識踢,但係唔太多人一班,可以Walk-in去玩,5人足球唔知)

Sports skill class每星期一堂,一堂1.5 hrs左右,印象中最多可以走2堂左右,否則就唔符合個min. requirement(最少上9個鐘)--->fail hlth 1010


如果覺得自己唔夠時間嘅,可以自己打多d波(self-practice最多計14個鐘,記得去開始前同結束之後去gym room/sports complex插卡(re:如果怕比人望住而又有住海邊hall建議去運動場))或者spring/winter sem take多個sports skill class,上限計12個鐘,不過就冇話上唔夠9個鐘就fail hlth1010呢樣野架啦(建議winter報,咁你spring workload細d同winter競爭細,不過冇fall/spring sem咁多運動揀)


如果做晒呢堆仲唔夠嘅就留意吓email,睇吓有冇邊d義工活動/talk count hlth1010時數去報啦~ 平時email會有talk報,你去唔去都好,報左先無死有時間咪去訓下教玩下電話,你唔去主辨單位都放個位比walk-in
